AllNewCoupons acts as an intermediary between shoppers and retailers. When you click a coupon link on our website:

  • Your purchase is made directly with the retailer
  • Payment is processed by the retailer’s payment system
  • The retailer is responsible for all order fulfillment, returns, and refunds

We are not a party to any transaction between you and a merchant.

2. Digital Coupons & Promo Codes — No Refund Applicable

Coupon codes and promotional deals listed on AllNewCoupons are free to use and require no payment to access. Because no purchase is made on our platform:

  • There is no payment to refund
  • Coupon codes themselves are non-refundable (they carry no monetary value as standalone items)
  • Expired or non-working codes do not entitle users to compensation from AllNewCoupons

What we do instead: If you find a coupon code that doesn’t work, please use our “Report a Code” feature so we can update our listings promptly.

3. Refund Policy by Product Type

🛒 Physical Products (US & Europe)

For physical goods purchased through affiliate links on our site, the retailer’s own return policy applies. Most US and European retailers offer:

💻 Digital Products & Software (Worldwide)

Digital products (software, subscriptions, SaaS services) may have different refund terms:

  • Many software providers offer a 30-day money-back guarantee
  • Subscription services may offer pro-rated refunds
  • Instant-download digital goods may be non-refundable once accessed
  • Always check the software vendor’s refund policy before purchasing

🎁 Gift Cards & Store Credits

Gift cards and store credits accessed via our coupon links are governed entirely by the issuing retailer’s terms. AllNewCoupons has no ability to issue, cancel, or refund store gift cards.

4. What To Do If a Coupon Caused an Issue

If a coupon code listed on AllNewCoupons led to an incorrect charge, unauthorized discount application, or pricing error:

1. Contact the retailer first — they have direct access to your order

2. Screenshot the coupon page on AllNewCoupons as evidence of the advertised discount

4. For significant pricing disputes, you may also contact your credit card provider for a chargeback (as a last resort)

We link exclusively to legitimate, established retailers. If you need to contact a merchant about a refund:

  • Check your order confirmation email for return instructions
  • For US purchases, the Better Business Bureau (BBB) at bbb.org can help resolve merchant disputes
  • For EU purchases, the European Consumer Centre (ECC) network provides free dispute assistance
